The Program Manager is responsible for leading program management and implementation across three plant sites. This role ensures programs are executed effectively, milestones are met, and cross-functional stakeholders remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.



Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Program Manager partners with plant leadership, operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, and other functional teams to coordinate execution, remove barriers, and ensure successful delivery of business-critical programs across the network.

What impact you’ll make

In this role, you will help turn business priorities into actionable, sustainable outcomes across three sites by ensuring programs are launched, managed, and completed effectively. You will play a critical role in improving coordination, communication, and accountability across functions and locations.

Your work will help ensure programs are implemented on time, meet business objectives, and support consistent execution across the sites.

What you’ll do

  • Lead program management and implementation efforts across three plant sites.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, action trackers, and status reporting.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues that may affect program success.
  • Partner with site and business leaders to align priorities and remove barriers to execution.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and accountability.
  • Support change management efforts related to program implementation.
  • Track key performance indicators and report progress to the General Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure program activities are aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Drive follow-up on open actions to ensure timely resolution and closure.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to program execution and governance.
  • Perform additional responsibilities aligned with business priorities and leadership needs.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field required.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or related discipline.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across different teams and locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong proficiency in tracking, reporting, and managing program timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to travel periodically to the supported plant sites as needed.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in Parsippany, NJ.
  • Ability to travel periodically to other supported plant sites, including Allentown, PA and Szazhalombatta, Hungary.
  • This role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government export restrictions and this posting is only for U.S. Persons (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents and protected individuals (e.g., certain refugees and asylees)). GE will require proof of status prior to employment.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $147,100.00 and $245,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
