Information Communication Technician Apprentice
Location: Chiswick, London. Travelling to other offices for on-site support may be required.
Job Purpose
The IT Apprentice provides day-to-day first-line IT support to users across the business. The role focuses on resolving technical issues quickly, preparing and maintaining user devices, supporting onboarding, and assisting IT projects. As part of this role, you will also support site-based IT activity and work with external suppliers when required.
You will be supported by a team of five who work across our projects; Heathrow Airport, Tilbury Energy Tunnel (TKRE), High Speed 2 and track infrastructure, Thames Tideway Tunnel and water treatment in Slough.

Qualifications:
5 GCSEs grade 4-9, including Maths and English and 3 A Levels or BTEC Level 3
Apprenticeship Standard: Information communications technician Level 3 + CompTIA A certification included
Duration: 18 months Apprenticeship Programme + End Point Assessment
Hours: 40.5 per week (Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm; Friday 9am to 4pm). Four days delivering in the office and 1 day studying from home or training at the providers facility.
