Counterintelligence Officer

Key Role:

Support counterintelligence functions, including collections, operations, investigations, analysis, and functional and technical services. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 11+ years of experience with counterintelligence
• Experience developing presentations and briefing a variety of customers and stakeholders
• Knowledge of foundational defensive counterintelligence, including conducting investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training, and awareness
• Ability to conduct daily research to gather, assimilate, evaluate, and interpret information concerning intelligence and espionage threats against personnel, programs, technology, and information systems or facilities
• Ability to provide daily counterintelligence analyses
• Ability to assimilate, evaluate, and interpret all-source operational security perspective information
• Ability to publish finished intelligence with recommendations for mitigation and countermeasures, as appropriate
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Graduate of a Federal or DoD CI Training Academy

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis, Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred; Master's degree in National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis, Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field a plus

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
