As a Product Manager you will be responsible for working with R&D and MSAT business functions to create General, Site and Master recipes following S88 principles.

We are building strong talent capability within GSK Tech in new innovative digital technologies to deliver improved Tech Product usability and adoption within the GSK Global Supply Chain. This role will be accountable for GSK Global Supply Chain strategy for Product Development and Lifecycle Management (PDLM) tools and other applications supporting the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.

Digital Recipe Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support GSK Global Supply Chain Tech Product Strategy by developing multiyear product pipelines prioritised to maximise business value, compliance & reliability.
  • Deploy NPI Products & features across the GSK Global Supply Chain locations.
  • Support the Data & Analytics strategy for GSK Tech Products. Collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop a multiyear DD&A approach to ensure GSK Global Supply Chain has the data & insights to be competitive.
  • Deliver continuous improvement of optimised deployment model that enables improved time to value from new products & features and maximises site level adoption.
  • Provide input to GSK Tech Product architecture, aligning across the GSK Tech organisation on standards relating to platforms, cyber security, strategic vendors & delivery models.
  • Be responsible for gathering requirements and documenting business processes for process development through commercialization.
  • Support Enterprise Recipe Management activities to ensure New Product Introduction and appropriate data structures for CPV are utilized following S88 structure.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS in either computer science, engineering or related degree
  • Very good experience working in production (IT or automation specialist)
  • Good experience in process development and/or tech transfer

Preferred Qualifications (If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus):

  • Experience leading teams

  • Experience with recipe configuration or design

  • Strong conceptual thinking, modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Practical experience in the implementation of continuous improvement and design/architectural methodologies e.g. Six Sigma, TOGAF, S88, S95

  • Strong relationship building, team working capabilities.
