As a Product Manager you will be responsible for working with R&D and MSAT business functions to create General, Site and Master recipes following S88 principles.
We are building strong talent capability within GSK Tech in new innovative digital technologies to deliver improved Tech Product usability and adoption within the GSK Global Supply Chain. This role will be accountable for GSK Global Supply Chain strategy for Product Development and Lifecycle Management (PDLM) tools and other applications supporting the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
Experience leading teams
Experience with recipe configuration or design
Strong conceptual thinking, modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Practical experience in the implementation of continuous improvement and design/architectural methodologies e.g. Six Sigma, TOGAF, S88, S95
Strong relationship building, team working capabilities.
