Job Description

THE ROLE: Coordinator, Content Readiness 

Join A+E’s dynamic Content Operations Team for an opportunity to engage in and support exciting initiatives. These initiatives support a multi-million-dollar revenue stream for library content and acquisitions, operationally handled by the Content Readiness team. As a Coordinator, you will assist in the mastering process for a wide range of content spanning across the A+E brands.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • This role will support an operational team performing various tasks needed daily to ensure optimal output from the preparation environment.

  • You will be assessing various assets for viability, supporting metadata and technical needs, tracking processes using a variety of tracking mechanisms, general research and following through on requested projects from management.

  • This role will require extensive use of a variety of software and platforms, and mastering those tools is paramount to success in this role.

  • You will be fielding projects and requests from varying places, including email, chat and tracking systems.

  • You will be responsible for monitoring all incoming relevant requests and seeing them through to completion.

  • Organizational skills are paramount to be successful in this role.

  • Additionally, extensive experience in tracking software (Excel, AirTable, etc) is critical

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • You will need a BA in Communications or related field.

  • Minimum 1-3 years professional experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Must be a team player, multitasker, inquisitive, problem solver.

  • Must have knowledge of HD and SD technical specifications and formats/codecs.

  • Tape experience is strongly preferred.

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/Portuguese) a plus

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $25.96 - $34.62

Annual Incentive Target: 5%


 

The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the

minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will

be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills,
