Internship Responsibilities:
Intern responsibilities will vary based on functional placement, but typical responsibilities include:
Use quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and business insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and solve complex problems. Demonstrates curiosity and a structured approach to decision-making.
Assesses financial and business risks, evaluates tradeoffs, and develops thoughtful recommendations supported by data. Exercise discretion when managing confidential or sensitive information.
Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts
Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems
Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an MBA degree
3+ years of professional business experience in Finance or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience
Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
