What Makes You a Great Fit
Hong Kong is one of the world's great commercial crossroads — and the companies here are built to move fast. At Pebl, we help businesses hire, grow, and operate across 185+ countries without the friction of borders, entities, or compliance complexity. We're looking for an Account Executive who understands this market, speaks its language, and is ready to help the region's most ambitious companies go further.
You'll own a portfolio of high-value accounts across Hong Kong and the wider APAC region, working with decision-makers in financial services, logistics, tech, and professional services who need global employment solutions that keep pace with their growth.
How You'll Make An Impact:
• Own your book. Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive retention, expansion, and long-term revenue growth across your territory.
• Prospect with purpose. Build pipeline through outbound campaigns, executive networks, partner channels, and market events across Hong Kong and APAC.
• Deliver results. Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining sharp, proactive forecasts.
• Lead with insight. Develop deep expertise in our platform, competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment shaping cross-border hiring in the region.
• Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional Leadership to maximize account impact and accelerate deals.
• Influence the business. Bring client and market intelligence back to the team to sharpen our APAC strategy and keep us ahead of the curve.
Let's Connect If You Have
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience — mid-market or commercial segments preferred — with a consistent record of quota attainment.
• Experience selling into Hong Kong or APAC markets, ideally into SaaS, HR Tech, consulting, or high-growth B2B
• A consultative, high-trust selling approach. You ask sharp questions, uncover real business needs, and earn credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with confidence.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage for cross-border client engagement.
• Resilience and ownership — you hold yourself accountable to outcomes and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel (~20%) across APAC to build and strengthen client relationships.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, though demonstrated performance and impact matter most.
