• Responsibilities:

By joining our Public Sector team, you will integrate multidisciplinary teams and support our clients in the implementation of major reforms. You will be required to cover a variety of activities:
• Consulting / Operational performance
• Audit, diagnosis, formulation of recommendations
• Benchmark
• Upstream studies
• Innovation / Design thinking / UX / Nudge
• Prototype (PoC)
• Agility, Cloud, Big data, Artificial Intelligence
• AMOA (Collection of needs, acceptance, deployment) and Project management

As part of your missions, you will be required to prepare and lead steering bodies and customer workshops, participate in the formalization of project deliverables (formalization of business processes, causal analyses, scoping study, meeting and workshop materials , reports, expressions of need, user stories, deployment kit, training materials, etc.). You will be supervised on a daily basis by a manager or senior consultant and you will be in direct contact with customers.
Beyond the missions, you participate in all the work carried out by our Public Sector team: sectoral/regulatory and technological monitoring, development of partnerships, qualification and response to public calls for tender, capitalization and dissemination of knowledge, internal communication and external, recruitment

• Mandatory Skills Description:

We are looking for Senior Consultants (minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting role) and Managers.

• You have a degree from a major business school, an engineering school, an IEP or a Master II.
• You are passionate about the digital revolution and innovation and you want to participate in projects of general interest aimed at modernizing public action.
• You are recognized for your listening and communication skills; as well as your analysis, synthesis and adaptation skills.
• You have writing and interpersonal skills. You demonstrate autonomy, dynamism and initiative.
• You have the human qualities to support changes linked to high-stakes transformations that impact uses and organizations on a large scale.
• You speak and write professional French and English

You have initial experience in the following areas:
