The Investment Team Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Growth Team, our Milwaukee-based investment team. 

The Growth Team manages $31 billion in assets across four investment strategies: Global Opportunities, Global Discovery, U.S. Mid-Cap Growth and U.S. Small-Cap Growth. This person must be well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and collaborate.

Responsibilities

The candidate can expect to: 

• Manage fluid individual and team calendars, anticipating changes and keeping team on schedule
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a professional demeanor, using discretion as it relates to confidential or personal information
• Coordinate individually tailored international and domestic travel arrangements, including flight, hotel and appropriate ground transportation or other reservations associated with meeting or client activity
• Manage expense reports 

Qualifications

The successful candidate is self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to think on one’s feet. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess: 

• Excellent calendar management and organizational skills
• Experience arranging travel, managing expenses, and providing administrative support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build relationships
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving in the face of shifting priorities or unanticipated events
• Client service oriented
• Ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly
• Curiosity about AI tools and a mindset focused on improving efficiency and workflows is strongly encouraged
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• 5+ years relevant work experience, financial services industry experience is a plus
