In this remote U.S.-based role, you’ll collaborate with passionate HR professionals and business leaders to drive impactful hiring strategies across engineering and energy sectors. You’ll be at the forefront of sourcing, attracting, and advancing top talent—both internal and external—while contributing to a culture that puts people first. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact

• Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver strategic talent acquisition solutions

• Use labor market data to guide hiring decisions and set realistic expectations

• Provide coaching and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring journey

• Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth job postings, scheduling, offers, and onboarding

• Advise hiring managers and candidates during offer negotiations

• Identify and recommend process improvements across the talent lifecycle

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with short- and long-term business goals

• Champion Hitachi Energy’s values of safety, integrity, and inclusion

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of talent acquisition experience

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Familiarity with OFCCP and DOL hiring regulations

• Strong communication and advisory skills

• Experience with Workday ATS and passive candidate sourcing

• Background in energy or engineering staffing preferred
