Buscamos un/a “Vaccines Account Specialist” (VAS) que quiera unirse al equipo de Hospitales de Vacunas de GSK para gestionar parte de Canarias, reportando a la Directora Regional de Vacunas.

La persona seleccionada tendrá la gran oportunidad de ser miembro del equipo que está participando en la creación de los estándares de la Vacunación del adulto en España.

Será responsable de gestionar las cuentas/hospitales de su área de trabajo visitando fundamentalmente los servicios de Medicina Preventiva responsables de la vacunación y las especialidades implicadas en la derivación de los pacientes.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Establecer/mejorar los circuitos de vacunación dentro de las cuentas asignadas
  • Coordinar a distintos servicios implicados en la derivación de pacientes.
  • Definir, implementar y ejecutar un plan de acción en las cuentas/hospitales asignados en tiempo alcanzando los objetivos asignados.
  • Ejecutar el plan de visitas establecido, gestionando un fichero de clientes óptimo.
  • Gestionar de forma eficiente el presupuesto asignado.
  • Cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos establecidos, y completar las tareas administrativas requeridas.

Requisitos Básicos:

  • Personas con una alta capacidad negociadora, capaz de alinear intereses y objetivos de diferentes partes implicadas.
  • Habituados a identificar, desarrollar e implementar proyectos complejos en los que interactúan diferentes stakeholders tanto internos de la compañía como externos.
  • Acostumbrado a trabajar con un alto nivel de independencia, autonomía y fuerte orientación a resultados.
  • Experiencia previa como Especialista de Hospitales/ KAM
  • Se valorará licenciatura universitaria, preferiblemente en Ciencias de la Salud.
  • Preferiblemente residencia en Canarias /disponibilidad para viajar.
