Associate Clinical Consultant - JnJ Medtech Electrophysiology, Stockholm Sweden
Are you passionate about advancing healthcare technology and providing exceptional clinical support? We are looking for a motivated Associate Clinical Consultant to join our dynamic team at JnJ Medtech Electrophysiology in Sweden.

In this role, you will be responsible to provide expert technical and product advice/assistance as well as training to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians and administrators regarding all aspects of J&J systems and catheter equipment in a manner of utmost professionalism

We are especially keen to hear from recent graduates in Medical Engineering (or a related field).

 

Objectives Of the Position

 

The Associate Clinical Consultant (ACAS) main duty is to providing support during electrophysiology interventions at hospital for the use of BWI 3D Navigation system (CARTO 3) and other BWI mapping and ablation technologies

The company will provide you with intensive training in cardiac electrophysiology and coach you to become an expert in providing world-class clinical support and education.

 

·       Become an expert in providing clinical support to customers to ensure good technology adoption during procedures performed with JnJ products, driving collaboration, and maintaining consistent, open lines of communication with all team members both internal/external and locally/international.

 

  • Once fully trained, create awareness of JnJ solutions, seek sales opportunities, drive business objectives and facilitate contact between the Sales Manager, and the key decision-makers to drive our business.

 

  • Together with the European Technical team ensure servicing, maintenance, repair and co-ordinate functioning of all sites and upgrades of soft- and hardware

 

  • Remain current on company products instructions for use (IFU), methodologies, technical troubleshooting and relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.

 

·       Collaborate with sales and clinical colleagues and internal partners, to identify, develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses, technicians as well as hospital administrators and staff.

  • Responding daily to requests via email & telephone from customers, physicians as well as other internal and external partners.

 

  • Administrative work such as Customer Relationship Management systems, managing account documentation, complaints, following Safety and Environmental practices, compliance training, expense reporting, company system input and maintaining Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines.

 

  • Ensuring personal and company compliance with local and company regulations, policies and procedures.

 

Education & Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level preferably Biomedical Engineers, Medical technology engineering, or a related discipline

  • Located in Stockholm, Sweden

  • Some Experience within electrophysiology/cardiology (preferable but not mandatory)

  • Fluent in Swedish as well as business level in English

  • Computer software package skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Dedication, perseverance and ability to successfully complete internal training

  • A strong technical understanding and interest

  • Ability to spend up to 1-2 nights per week away from home

  • Driving license
