Job Purpose:

  • Comprehensive product & disease knowledge to address HCP needs in updating product & treatment practice to serve their patients.

  • Develop internal speaker plan in their territory assignment to support Territory in delivering product knowledge & product key messages through presentations in MKT communications in field: Group Detailing, Product Symposium, Hospital Meetings, etc.

  • Play a key role to be internal speaker in delivering product knowledge & product key messages to target HCPs in field through presentations of MKT communications: Group Detailing, Product Symposium, Hospital Meetings, etc.

  • Work closely with Territory Manager/MKT/Training/Medical/Territory to develop HCP Engagement Book (CEB) to support effectiveness of PFS to Territory.

  • Lead, coach and manage internal speakers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that product and disease knowledge is at the appropriate levels during field visits and support MKT communication plan in field.

  • To ensure individuals are effectively implementing marketing campaigns and using key messages and campaign materials appropriately.

  • Assist Territory Manager to develop internal speaker plan to support MKT communication plan in field: Group Detailing, Product Symposium, Hospital Meetings, etc.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to Code of Conduct.

  • Exceptional strategic planning skill
