What You Will Do

How You Will Do It
Handle incoming and outgoing calls across the UK 📞
Boost engineer productivity by planning their schedules and ensuring they have everything they need 📅⏰
Use our resources efficiently, including subcontractors, to minimize delays ⚙️
Coordinate timely delivery of materials for customer visits, working with suppliers to meet customer expectations 📦🚚
Assist field activities by providing job details to engineers, processing payments for additional services, and scheduling follow-up visits 🛠️💼
What We Look For
Required:
Previous experience in customer service 🎯
Basic computer skills 🖥️
