Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires managing the entire lifecycle of application development while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client expectations and business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in software design principles and application configuration.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Capability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
