Qualifications

· Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or Logistics,

· Excellent command of English, spoken and written

· At least 3 years experience in Air Freight Operations

· Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools,

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced and international environment

Job Description

We are looking for an Air Operation Team leader to work at UPS- SCS.

· Assign tasks to team members based on workload and priorities.

· Understand company goals and set clear team goals accordingly.

· Track and monitor day-to-day operations

· Monitor team performance and report on metrics

· Support team members in case of problems and escalate issues to management in case impacting service

· Motivate team members and give proper feedback to improve performance

· Monitor and report KPI performance (OTIF, pick accuracy, productivity).

· Support implementation of new tools, systems and implementations

· Daily communication with international partners about logistics solutions.
