About the Role:
The Senior Manager, Leadership Development is a subject matter expert responsible for
designing and delivering the enterprise leadership development strategy. This role will lead the
launch of our leadership behaviors, create a differentiated, tiered approach to leadership
development, and strengthen manager and senior leader capability. By building scalable
solutions that accelerate leadership effectiveness and readiness, this role will play a pivotal part
in shaping our culture and developing the next generation of enterprise leaders.
You Will:
Leadership Behaviors & Frameworks
● Launch and embed leadership behaviors anchored to the job architecture, creating a
leveled framework for consistent expectations across the organization.
● Partner with Talent, HRBPs, and OD colleagues to integrate behaviors into performance
management, succession planning, and other talent processes.
Differentiated Leadership Development
● Design and implement a tiered approach to leadership development across managers,
senior leaders, and enterprise-level talent.
● Build learning pathways that combine formal programs, experiential learning, coaching,
and peer learning.
● Partner with global/regional L&D teams to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned to
business context.
Manager Capability & Effectiveness
● Define the role of the manager and create core expectations for people leadership.
● Deliver foundational “Manager 101” development programs that equip managers with
practical skills, tools, and behaviors.
Senior Leadership & Enterprise Talent Development
● Design development experiences that enhance senior leaders’ enterprise leadership
capability (e.g., strategic thinking, leading change, culture shaping, cross-functional
collaboration).
● Partner with Talent Management to design differentiated development for high-potential
and enterprise-level talent.
● Build and oversee coaching and mentoring frameworks to accelerate readiness and
career development.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
● Define metrics for evaluating leadership development effectiveness (e.g., engagement,
retention, leadership pipeline readiness).
● Gather insights from stakeholders and continuously refine leadership offerings for impact
and scalability.
You Have:
● 8–10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational
development, or talent management.
● Proven experience designing and implementing leadership frameworks and multi-tiered
development strategies at scale.
● Strong facilitation, program design, and executive coaching skills.
● Experience working with senior executives and influencing at enterprise level.
● Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into leadership capability priorities.
● Knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership models, and current trends in
leadership development.
