Short Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Leading and organizing activities of cleaning strategy development, cleaning process establishment and cleaning validation for new processes and equipment in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
• Leading and organizing activities for optimizing cleaning processes for existing processes in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
• Preparation of registration documentation and collaboration with regulatory agencies
• Creation of development and training plans for employees, and support during implementation
• Collaboration with different corporation departments and functions  
• Drive the resolution of technical challenges and support of audits and regulatory inspections

Qualifications:                            

• University Degree or 300 ECTS – Biotechnology, Food Technology, Natural Sciences, Chemical Engineering and Technology
• Working understanding of regulatory requirements and GMP standards
• Experience on same or similar positions in cleaning process development and cleaning validation in pharmaceutical industry for minimum 3 years
• Proficiency in Croatian and English language
• IT (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
