Position Start Date No Earlier Than January 20, 2025

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • English language communications required.  

  • Excellent customer service skills.  

  • Advanced computer skills; Opera experience preferred.  

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.  

  • Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Prints occupancy, arrivals departures, and back-up reports on a timely basis.  

  • Reviews Specials Report for all arriving guests on a daily basis to ensure appropriate pre-blocking of rooms and to coordinate special services to be provided.  

  • Coordinates with Housekeeping and Room Service to satisfy all requests.  

  • Monitors check-outs, pre-registered guests, and room moves.  

  • Checks for duplicate reservations and status of out-of-order rooms and showrooms.  

  • Reviews group resumes to verify group billing procedures.  

  • Answers department phone lines.  

  • Assist Front Desk Agents with check-in, check-outs, and resolving guest requests or complaints when required.  

  • Other duties as assigned.
