Role purpose

The Senior JDE Developer is responsible for solution design and programming tasks relating to Vicinity’s JD Edwards architecture including: contribution to the solution design and development of new features; development of stakeholder driven functionality; integrating JDE with other systems; problem resolution; general maintenance of the environment; and working closely with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

What will you bring?                                                                                                   

You will be an experienced software developer and solution architect with significant experience on JD Edwards Enterprise One Application development and maintenance.  Your experience will include development using Forms Design Aid, Table Design Aid, Table Conversions, writing & debugging C & Named Event Rule, OMW, BI Publisher and Orchestrations. Your experience in Financials, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Cost Management, Procurement and Real Estate modules is desirable.  Your exceptional analytical skills combined with your ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines and to manage concurrent projects are essential.  Experience with JDE hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure and Low-Code platforms such as Salesforce, OutSystems will be an advantage. Relevant tertiary qualifications will be well regarded.
