How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As a Sales Excellence Analyst, you'll be pivotal in optimizing our sales strategies and driving performance. You'll achieve this by analyzing sales trends, market share, and key performance indicators to uncover actionable insights. Your role involves recommending data-driven strategies for everything from pricing to promotional campaigns, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and improve overall sales effectiveness.

1.Sales Performance Reporting & Analysis: Providing accurate, timely, and actionable insights into sales performance.

Develop, maintain, and distribute regular sales performance reports (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in performance.
Create dashboards and visualizations to present complex sales data in an easily digestible format.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on specific sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline health, win/loss reasons).
Provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership based on data analysis.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual sales reps, teams, and regions.

2.Data Management & Integrity: Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of sales data across all systems.

Perform regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness within the CRM and other sales systems.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Develop and enforce data entry standards and best practices for the sales team.
Collaborate with IT or CRM administrators to ensure data integration and flow between systems.
Manage and update sales territories, account assignments, and other critical sales data.

3.Sales Process Support & Optimization: Assisting in the identification, documentation, and improvement of sales processes.

Assist the Sales Excellence Manager in mapping current sales processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Document sales workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
Support the implementation of new sales processes or changes to existing ones.
Gather feedback from the sales team on process effectiveness and pain points.
Help to monitor adherence to established sales processes.

4.Sales Technology & CRM Administration: Supporting the effective utilization and maintenance of sales tools and CRM.

Provide first-line support for sales team inquiries related to CRM and other sales tools.
Assist in the configuration and customization of CRM dashboards, reports, and fields.
Manage user access and permissions within sales technology platforms.
Support the integration of new sales tools and technologies.
Stay updated on new features and functionalities of sales technology.

5.Sales Training & Enablement Support: Contributing to the development and delivery of sales training materials and enablement resources.

Assist in the creation and organization of sales training materials, playbooks, and guides.
Support the delivery of training sessions by preparing presentations, exercises, and resources.
Maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement content.
Track participation and effectiveness of training programs.
Help onboard new sales hires by providing access to tools and resources.
