About the Role

This position is responsible for Product Activation and Existing Customer Management (ECM) to bridge product management and ECM in our insurance operations. The hybrid role focuses on driving the successful production activation while leveraging ECM ecosystem to uplift the productivity of Active Agents. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration of ECM capabilities into product lifecycles to enhance customer and agent activation rates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead agency product activation strategies for insurance offerings, including customer onboarding, policy issuance and pot-sale engagement to maximize upselling opportunities and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales and underwriting team to design activation funnel, and features that drive product activation.
  • Oversee agency ECM platform to capture, store, govern, and retrieve product-related content.
  • Analyze activation metrics (e.g. conversion rates, time-to-activation, drop off points) and ECM performance to identify improvements and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Train stakeholders on ECM best practices and product activation tools.
  • Manage cross function projects, including ECM process and product launches.
  • Monitor sales performance through key metrics such as VONB, ANP, Conversion rate, Product mix and ECM seller.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel data to identify growth opportunities.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University Graduate / Diploma with minimum 5 years leadership experience in product management and driving agent activation through ECM initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in tools like CRM, analytics platforms and ECM reporting.
  • Ability to balance strategic product roadmap oversight with technical ECM knowledge.
