The Opportunity:


CACI is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst professional to join our team in Alexandria, VA. If you are looking for yournext career challenge, CACI would like to speak with you.You will be responsible for supporting our Government Customer as an IT Liaison. In this position, you will act as a trusted advocate to the customer with respect to services and technologies provided by DISA. This role is best suited for someone who has proven direct customer support experience and problem-solving abilities. the successful candidate will need to have to ability to learn quickly with on-the-job training and be able to work independently to solve problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with various customers and assist them in escalation and resolution of issues.
  • Prepare weekly status reporting of accomplishments and completed engagements
  • Maintain and update content on the customer WIKI site (e.g. SharePoint Online)
  • Work with customer and stakeholders to develop and document related processes about IT technology and management
  • Support data calls and assist with coordination of various IT technology
  • Research various technologies and brief customer
  • Manage and facilitate mobile device tracking, accounts, and auditing
  • Assist with IT equipment turn-ins and IT asset tracking
  • Provide in/out processing assistance for appointees and direct staff
  • Collaborate with other team members on the customer support and training

Qualifications
 

Required:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Proven oral and written communications skills, capable of effectively
  • o Communicating with Government customers
  • o Facilitating and running meetings
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to distill information from various sources to facilitate customer decision/action
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Teams
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem solving, and a desire to provide outstanding customer support
  • 3-5 years of progressive Customer/Help Desk Support, or related experience

Desired:

  • Experience working within the DoD
  • Familiarity with using ServiceNow or related Help Desk experience
  • Knowledge of issues regarding information technology
  • Familiarity with business processes and workflows
  • Familiarity with Power BI and/or data analysis tools

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$66,100 - $135,600
