Job Title: SAP MM Lead - Associate Manager
Location: Cairo, Egypt
 

Job Summary:
The SAP MM (Materials Management) Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP MM modules to support the organization's procurement and inventory management processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring system optimization, and providing expert guidance on SAP MM functionalities to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP MM Module Management:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM solutions.

• Ensure the SAP MM module aligns with business processes and requirements.

• Monitor and maintain SAP MM system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Procurement and Inventory Optimization:

• Streamline procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management.

• Optimize inventory management, including stock levels, material valuation, and movement types.

• Implement best practices for material planning and procurement workflows.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP MM consultants and analysts.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and provide solutions.

• Coordinate with other SAP module leads (e.g., SD, FI, PP) for integrated system functionality.

Project Management:

• Manage SAP MM-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation for new implementations or upgrades.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

• Stay updated on SAP MM advancements and emerging technologies.

• Provide recommendations for leveraging SAP MM functionalities to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Extensive experience in SAP MM module implementation and support.

• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

• Proven leadership and project management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• SAP certification in MM module is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI, PP).

• Experience in S/4HANA implementation.

• Familiarity with industry-specific SAP MM configurations.
