职位介绍：

就职于上海浦东，产品经理将参与制定和执行上海迪士尼度假区电子战略和愿景，基于团队战略及理念来开发产品功能。这个角色本质上是跨职能的：应聘者将与工程、设计、运营、分析和执行团队密切合作，将产品推向市场并开发和发展商机。 一名成功的候选人应该具备数字用户体验和产品开发领域的专业技能。

工作内容：

• 负责管理上海迪士尼度假区劳动力管理系统
• 参与产品规划和设计，包括需求分析、功能设计和用户体验优化
• 您需要制定产品发展蓝图、需求、技术参数和使用案例；
• 您需要带领工程师、设计师和外部供应商执行产品计划；
• 您需要与关键利益相关者合作，协调业务需求，更新进度和计划；
• 撰写相关文档；
• 了解当前的计算环境与新兴技术与未来技术路线图，以改进和简化现有流程和解决方案；
• 指导并且带领初级团队成员，提供职业发展建议，激发创造力和创新力。

我们希望您：

• 商业管理、信息系统、财务、人力资源系统或薪资管理专业本科或同等学历
• 熟悉劳动力关系系统，如支持过大型劳动力关系系统经验更佳（UKG）
• 至少 7 年相关系统支持、产品设计相关工作经验
• 具有卓越产品意识的战略思想家；
• 具有扎实的分析能力的问题解决者；
• 具有良好的沟通和组织能力的团队成员；
• 在快速发展的电子公司处理技术、用户和业务问题的经验；
• 灵活，能快速适应变化；
• 流利的英语和汉语；
• 学士学位，理学硕士或工商管理硕士学位优先；
• 作为高绩效团队的一员，能够在快节奏的环境中有效工作
• 能够独立完成截止日期前的工作，处理多个优先事项，并在压力和时间紧迫的情况下准确履行工作职责。
