​This is a position on the Gas Power Cash COE team for the Heavy Duty Gas Turbine (HDGT) Global Services business supporting the Asia pole (APACSA and China Region). The Asia Cash FP&A Leader is responsible for the cash aspects of FP&A supporting the Global Services business (including short term and long-term budgeting, reporting, and portfolio analytics). The Cash Leader will partner closely with senior operating leaders across Gas Power to deliver Asia cash flow and operational targets, provide financial leadership, and deliver on FP&A initiatives across the region and broader Services finance organizations. This is a mid-career level professional position requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, independent in problem solving and decision making. This position reports to Global Services Cash FP&A Leader. 

 

​Job Description 

 ​Roles and Responsibilities 

  • ​The Asia Cash FP&A leader plays a critical part in driving key strategic and horizontal initiatives and supporting daily operational activities in partnership with the Global Services Cash & FP&A Leader. Specifically: 

  • ​Provide financial guidance and operational analysis for the Asia region to support growth, manage risk, and position portfolio for optimized cash generation. 

  • ​Provide financial reporting, estimating, closing support for the cash flow statement & support operational rhythms including Functional Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) and Finance MORs 

  • Supplement key presentations (Long-range Forecast, Budget, Early Reads, etc.) required to communicate cash position and strategic initiatives with Asia cash flow performance.  

  • ​Provide financial advice and counsel to the & HQ FP&A teams to drive consistent processes, strong cash outcomes, & best practice sharing 

  • ​ Driving analytics and operational improvements in operating performance across the business, including billings, utilization, escalation understanding of contractual arrangements. 

  • May lead and develop analysts. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • ​Qualifications/Requirements  

  • ​Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college 

  • ​Minimum of 7 additional years of finance, accounting, or audit experience

  • ​Advanced experience of Microsoft suite. 

  • ​Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.) 

  • ​Strong Knowledge of Gas Power and HDGT Services business 

  • Preference will be given to current Gas Power Finance employees
