Synechron is seeking a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications. This role is vital to delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet business needs. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative features, optimize application performance, and ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, contributing to the organization’s digital transformation goals.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Visual Studio (latest stable version)
• .NET Core 3.1 / .NET 5/6+
• C# (latest version)
• ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core
• SQL Server (latest versions)
• JavaScript and TypeScript
• ReactJS or Angular (latest versions)
• Git and version control systems
• CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions

Preferred:

• Entity Framework Core
• Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS knowledge a plus)
• Containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with DevExpress, Telerik, or similar UI component libraries

Overall Responsibilities
The .NET Full Stack Developer will be responsible for end-to-end application development, from backend logic to frontend UI. Key duties include designing scalable architectures, implementing RESTful APIs, developing user interfaces, optimizing performance, and ensuring security compliance. The developer will participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and deploying solutions in cloud environments. The strategic focus is on delivering reliable, maintainable, and efficient systems aligned with organizational objectives, with performance metrics centered on application stability, security, and user experience.
