Our Sourcing & Procurement team manages supplier relationships, purchasing activities and compliance processes across global operations. We act as a key connection point between Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and our global supplier network. We ensure that every purchase order, quotation, and sourcing decision meets business needs, supports operational excellence, and aligns with company policies and standards.
As a Buyer Specialist, you will manage the end‑to‑end buying process for a defined portfolio of goods. You will work with suppliers to finalize purchase orders, coordinate quotations, and support sourcing initiatives to secure the most competitive offers. You will also ensure supplier compliance, maintain accurate ERP data, and support internal stakeholders with timely and reliable procurement information.
Managing supplier onboarding and modifications in ERP systems and supporting suppliers in daily activities
Handling requests for quotation through the iSupplier Portal and providing all required documentation
Managing competitive bids across multiple suppliers using company tools
Placing purchase orders for qualified and non‑qualified suppliers and initiating internal qualification processes when needed
Ensuring timely PO placement for assigned products and maintaining accurate ERP documentation
Tracking supplier promise dates for FPQ activities, preparing reports, and supporting prioritization based on business needs
Supporting sourcing initiatives and maintaining strong supplier communication
Ensuring supplier compliance with regulatory, safety and reputational requirements
Reporting incidents and applying STOP WORK authority when safety risks are identified
Performing additional tasks assigned verbally or in writing by the direct manager
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience
Be fluent in English and an effective communicator
Be a motivated self‑starter who thrives in cross‑functional teamwork
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Be a proactive communicator with solid negotiation abilities
Show the ability to lead and support complex initiatives
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently when required
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
