The Director of IT for PDP is a leadership role that drives transformational change and technological innovation across the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing objectives and strategies for the IT department in collaboration with business unit leaders, and working closely with internal and external customers to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the software development team, providing vision, direction, and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products and services
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards
  • Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Ensure the alignment of software solutions with business strategy and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop software solutions to meet those needs
  • Manage infrastructure and IT operations to support software development and deployment for PDP
  • Interface with corporate partners, vendors and procurement to secure end to end solutions
  • Direct, organize, and deliver IT-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Analyze costs, value, and risks associated with information technology, providing expert advice and recommendations to management
  • Contribute to development, leadership and response to compliance initiatives
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging diversity and open communication.
