About the Role
Responsible for marketing activities directed at specific AIA distribution channel(s)
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive growth strategies for IVS, targeting both Employee Benefits (EB) and Pension members partnering with multi-channels intermediaries.
- Create compelling and innovative workplace propositions to enable CS-IVS from product, engagement, to leads management through both online and offline engagements.
- Develop intermediary engagement models and deliverables with clear KPIs. The plans shall encompass a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape to uplift effective business development mechanism.
- Define and create end-to-end member engagement journey to address members’ needs with the right platforms. Create comprehensive digital engagement plans to increase member interaction
- Oversee CS Marketing functions to drive effective intermediary engagements, member communications and uplift CS public visibility.
- Create comprehensive and integrated marketing plans to promote CS and IVS, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver the results. Lead the team to foster collaborative and high-performance work environment by adopting agile way of working within and beyond CS.
- Set clear objective, expectations, providing mentorship, and empowering team members to excel all team members’ roles.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate with at least 15 years of experience, with in-depth knowledge and expertise in agency management, individual life insurance products and sales. Knowledge and experience in group insurance or pension business is a plus.
- Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate a large organization effectively, and the agency force.
- Customer service mindset, with patience to listen, understand and help with difficult and challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a growth mind-set, capable of breaking down complex problems into root causes, and addressing underlying issues to drive results and move things forward.
- Open-mindedness and the ability to consider diverse stakeholder views in decision-making.
- Strong language skills required in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
