Location: Hybrid – New York, NY.  Candidates within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work on-site 2 days per week.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in the development and execution of corporate development strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support leadership in refining operating models, go-to-market strategies, and service strategies.
• Contribute to the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities.
• Participate in divestiture activities as required.
• Assist in the management of intellectual property assets.
• Help communicate and promote the corporate growth vision.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential acquisition targets.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in corporate leadership roles
• Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and business growth strategies
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $110,300 - $204,800.
