As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project timelines, resolving challenges, and continuously refining application features to meet evolving requirements. Collaboration and communication are key, as the engineer navigates complex technical landscapes to deliver robust and efficient software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application architecture.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Python.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
