Partner Relationship Office interns will work at Shanghai Disneyland. They are expected to organize various activities for Cast Members, operate Wechat public account and offer 10000+ Cast Members an unforgettable Disney working experience.

Job Responsibilities:

You will support the Partner Relationship Office to conduct the work including but not limited to

·        Update Union WeChat.

·        Work on Union activities, including training, lecture, discount program, salon and big events like sports meeting and singing competition.

·        Operate activity venue

·        Maintain membership information.

·        Provide administrative support to the Union Office meeting, including PPT, reports, and other documents that required.

·        Other supportive work assigned by leader.

 

The ideal candidate will:

·        Have good knowledge in operating public account of WeChat.

·        Computer and Internet proficiency in software including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, etc.

·        Good communication skills and language skills both in Chinese and English.

·        Candidates who have experienced in organizing campus events are preferred.

·        Candidates who have good knowledge in photograph, camera shooting and video editing software are preferred.
