The Commerce COE works with clients across their entire customer journey. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Digital Commerce, Pricing & Analytics, and Next-Generation Customer Care. The team is comprised of individuals who have great understanding of Commerce and span across various industries like Retail, CPG, and High Tech. The team leverages these diversified skills to deliver projects that helps drive quantifiable value to our clients.
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define Commerce strategies, design and implement platform and operations solutions and help optimize our client’s end-to-end operations. Individuals must have excellent communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking, and unwavering commitment to delivering for their clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Be a trusted advisor to our clients by possessing in-depth knowledge of business processes and ecommerce platform & constraints
Bring industry best practices and expertise on how SFCC/ SAP commerce cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce)/ Adobe Magento platform features work while working in partnership with the business in defining outcomes as well as to-be processes
Work along with multiple teams (business, development, & testing) to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions
Self-start and engage with the business taking the initiative to help identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating. Should think through problems and make actionable recommendations
Understand the business language and translate into user stories / requirements which can be understood by the technology team
Provide working demos to the business on how all aspects of the solution would work and demonstrate platform functionality to help with any business decisions

Your experience counts!
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 5-6 years of Commerce experience, preferably including Commerce Digitization
Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively
Experience in managing small / mid-sized teams, preferred
Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
Extensive hands-on experience in leading and implementing e-commerce platforms, specifically in the areas of solution or functional architecture, prescriptive business requirements assessment and solutioning, leading and coordinating solution design, and deployment & Change management across multi-dimensional team.
Must have hands on experience on performing business user configurations on at least one of the below listed eCommerce platforms.
Salesforce Commerce cloud
Adobe Magento
SAP commerce cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce)
Understanding of a unified commerce ecosystem
Certifications: Good to have any of the following certifications
SAP Commerce Cloud Business User /SAP Hybris Business Analyst
Adobe Magento solution specialist
Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
