Summary

We are currently looking for a Warranty Specialist to join our team in Toluca. This position will monitor activities on Supplier Chargeback performance

A Day in the Life:   

• Responsibility flag allocation for warranty claims in Mexico and export market.
• Submission and processing of claims from Mexico market to Global System.
• Monthly notification of warranty details to suppliers.
• Daily Supplier support.
• Supplier Allocation process (WLRC/RWLRC)
• Improvement of recovery processes manual and procedures
• Generation of payment vs. recovery reports
• Communication and cross-functional activities with other work teams
• Reinforce contractual rules/standards for Recovery process

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

• Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Automotive Engineer
• 1-2 year of experience with Recovery process with suppliers and contact with suppliers or related with Customer Satisfaction on Automotive Industry. 
• Knowledge in General Automotive Mechanical
• English (Intermediate - Advanced)
• Database management (Excel)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Emotional intelligence
• Effective Project management
• Computer Skills: PowerPoint, Tableau (desired) and Excel (Advanced)
• Travel: twice a year (National).
