What you'll be doing:
Plan and establish the production process of new projects:
Perform DFM for products and jigs
Perform PFMEA for error-less implementation in a production line
Production line quality management
Develop and validate production process for each project type
Real time-problem-solving of unknown engineering issues in the production line
Efficient and effective engineering changes management
Plan and create robust process flow to allow transfer products to MP
Projects management from the design stage till mass production readiness:
Integration and matrix management of product’s supporting engineering teams
Establish new production lines at CM’s sites
CM management in engineering, quality and process aspects
Drive CMs to excellent engineering readiness and management
What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Mechanical, Industrial engineering or equivalent experience
Experience in: Leading projects at the electro-mechanical field, CMs/vendors management, and Project management, production management or quality leader at CM’s site
Excellent communication skills
Well organized and have a good eye for details
Excellent level of English (reading and writing)
Relevant Courses: Project management (advantage), Quality/ process related courses
Business travels abroad occasionally may be required
Minimum 2 years' experience with:
Production processes such as SMT, wave soldering, press fit, electro-mechanical integration, wire bonding, passive and active alignment.
Production technology and industrial capabilities
