The purpose of this role is to develop and manage a team of media strategists to drive client growth by creating business and media approaches achieve a win/win for the brand and the consumer. This role creates new products to deliver insights and audience first advertising solutions built on the agency’s proprietary platforms and is responsible for thought leadership, insights and creative thinking for their diverse client base.

Develops, manages and grows a team of senior media strategists
Leads agency thought leadership
Ensures award winning creative output for agency through client work
Leads and/or oversees strategists on new business pitching
Participates in Industry events to promote agency thought leadership
Owns communications planning process
