The National Security Sector within Leidos is seeking a Senior Principal All-Source Analyst to support our customer and working out of Charlottesville, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary analysis cell in an innovative and dynamic work environment and for the delivery of high-quality intelligence products to a diverse customer base.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the senior subject matter expert (SME) for integrated intelligence production.

  • Applies excellent analytical skills to research complex concepts and subjects.

  • Manages research and coordination for projects.

  • Instructs and interacts with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.

  • Leads team in the production of reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior policy makers.

  • Ensures that final products conform to customer quality standards and intelligence oversight guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in related discipline and a minimum of 20 years conducting intelligence analysis, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • At least 7 years of experience supporting targeting, special activities, special mission units, special operations planning, and with interagency special collection assets.

  • Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports.

  • Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience with the application of quantitative and qualitative analytic methods, including the design, development, and management of statistical models and enterprise-wide surveys.

  • Working knowledge to apply state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools.

  • Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification.

  • Experience in targeting methodology and tradecraft.

  • Knowledge of network analysis.

  • Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design.

  • Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products.

  • Expert knowledge and experience with intelligence automated systems, especially imagery analysis, signals intelligence and exploitation tools and libraries.

  • PMP Certificate (or equivalent).

Security Clearance Required:

  • Active TS/SCI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Special Operations Support.

  • Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
