Position Summary

Samsung Electronics Romania (SEROM) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Romania. This role is central to our success, providing essential support across sales operations, tender management, and marketing budget execution.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Tender & Bid management
    • Daily monitoring of public and private tender portals
    • Preparation and submission of all required documentation for bids (administrative declaration, offer preparation, legal checks, Tender Report)
    • Managing the entire tender process from initial check to final reporting
    • Managing a comprehensive database of all tender activities both SEROM and partners
  • Business Operation
    • BDTS Operation (Sales covert to HQ) and management (Sales QTY / AMT)
    • Sales order management: Sales Order (SO) and Delivery Order (DO) Creation, delivery planning with Logistic to clear the customs and billing.
    • Price registration: New Price with new product to registration at NERP / BDTS and green TAX
    • Reporting on order status, delivery schedules and credit release.
  • Marketing & Finance administration
    • Processing and executing marketing budget claims and commercial claims
    • Managing contracts for agencies, including registration and updates.
    • Requests MKT materials and prepare the MKT events operations. (Upload the SNS such as linked-in and Facebook)
    • Assisting with regulatory affairs, including sales forecasting (T0 Plan) and partner requests.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business administration, sales support or operations role.
  • Experience in managing both public and private tenders in Romania for the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • Strong proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
