Summary of Position:
Responsible for patient support program management including set up, implementation and ongoing monitoring of the programs. Responsible to ensure excellence in program launch and delivery and identifying and troubleshooting issues. Lead communication with internal and external program stakeholders to create timelines and outline deliverables. Responsible for ongoing operational communication with clients as required by the various programs. Management of sales orders and revenue through accurate forecasting, approvals, and adherence to financial controls.
Accountabilities:
Client Management:
• Primary client contact representing the company during the post-sale and ongoing delivery phase of patient programs.
• Responsible for fostering a positive ongoing operational relationship with clients through proactive, timely and clear communication.
• Ability to understand, prepare and present program progress and market insight data and highlights to clients.
• Support of Business Development activities to expand the business with new and existing clients.
• Management of client concerns and requests through timely and responsive communications.
• Ability to travel to meet with clients in-person as required.
Project Management:
• Consult in pre-sales program design and program set-up.
• Ownership of the launch, management and execution of the sold program solution by developing and managing tasks, deadlines, budgets and deliverables.
• Develop and establish a program plan at the start-up of new programs; this plan will outline the various steps involved in the implementation and maintenance of the program.
• Accurate completion of intake forms and tickets to ensure optimal use of delivery teams.
• Clearly identify project scope creep and escalate to the Associate Director, Sales and Account Management, as required.
• Management of project execution as per the plan and ensure that any modifications to improve efficiency are implemented in a timely manner.
• Proactively communicate and escalate potential delays or roadblocks to a project launch or agreed project timelines to internal and external program stakeholders.
• Monitor the programs routinely and regularly in collaboration with internal operations and delivery teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with program deliverables and objectives.
• Lead daily communication with clients and internal delivery teams regarding program topics and actions.
• Attendance at the weekly Business Meeting to discuss project and revenue status and highlight potential risk.
• Adherence to all internal processes and procedures.
• Use of appropriate tools such as Team Gantt, Confluence and Jira to manage and delegate tasks.
• Approve artwork files
• Identify areas of improvement and develop new processes where applicable.
Sales Order Management
• Responsible for accurate revenue forecasting, billing and revenue recognition through the ongoing management of revenue recognition schedules and approvals in sales orders
• Adherence to financial controls and processes through consistently collecting and filing proof of delivery for all required line items.
• Approve invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and escalate revenue delays or issues with the finance department and/or the Associate Director of Sales and Account Management.

Qualifications:
• Must have 3 - 5 years of project management experience preferably in the Health Care or Pharmaceutical Industry.
• An understanding and knowledge of Patient Support Programs and drug reimbursement is preferred.
• Fluently bilingual in both English and French is considered an asset.
• Must have an Undergraduate degree, preferably in a Business or Science-related field.
You will be required to work directly with IQVIA departments, teams, support functions and stakeholders located across Canada and around the world therefore, a functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is necessary to perform the duties of this position.
