Job Description:
The Senior Transcription Coordinator is responsible for coordinating transcription activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. This role involves managing confidential documents, providing litigation support, and collaborating with legal professionals.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Coordinate transcription activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Transcribe audio recordings of court proceedings, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage confidential documents related to court cases and proceedings.
Provide litigation support by organizing and managing case files, evidence, and other legal materials.
Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure accurate and complete reporting of court proceedings.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures in transcription.
Conduct legal reporting to support court cases and provide relevant information to legal professionals.
Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of transcriptions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in transcription coordination or a related field.
Preferred: Experience in a similar role within the legal industry.
