Regulatory Affairs Student Worker – Join Our Team! 

Why This Role? 

As a Regulatory Affairs Student Worker, your mission is to support the Regulatory Affairs team in Finland, playing a crucial role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in our operations. This position is based in Helsinki and is part of the prestigious GSK Pharmaceutical organization. We offer a flexible part-time schedule (10-22 hours per week), starting in May 2025, to accommodate your academic commitments, with the possibility of additional hours during the summer vacation period. 

Key Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will: 

  • Assist in preparing product information (SPC, leaflet) by performing format checks, proofreading artwork, and translations (English/Finnish, Swedish skills considered benefitial). 
  • Provide general administrative support and contribute to artwork projects. 
  • Ensure selected tasks are performed accurately and in compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal GSK procedures. 
  • Take on various ad hoc tasks and projects to support the business needs. 

Why You? 

Basic Qualifications: 

To qualify for this position, you must be: 

  • A University student in a Science-related field such as Biomedicine or Pharmacy, with a preference for candidates who have recently completed their bachelor’s degree. 
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Written Swedish skills considered beneficial.  
  • Experienced in using MS Office programs.
