🫵 Why we’re looking for you

As our first People Business Partner at Owner.com you will have the unique opportunity to shape the business partner function of the People Ops team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our People Ops strategies with our business objectives, partnering closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) supporting all go-to-market teams including Business Development, Sales, Revenue Ops, Customer Launch, Partnerships and Growth Marketing. Embedding yourself into the business, you’ll act as a strategic partner, advisor, and coach to leadership and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance.

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
