We’re hiring an Associate to join the COO Office team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this high impact role will serve as the primary executive support partner-- ensuring the COO operates with clarity, focus, and organization. You will serve as a true right hand to leadership, gaining visibility into firm-wide priorities and key strategic initiatives.
This hybrid position combines best-in-class executive support with exposure to cross-functional projects, leadership materials, and external coordination. While subject-matter expertise is not required, the role demands exceptional organization, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize information and execute effectively.

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
