DXC is seeking a proactive Recovery Claims Consultant to manage a portfolio of property recovery claims. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will take ownership of claims from lodgement through to resolution, delivering exceptional service and strong financial outcomes. Diligence in achieving favourable financial outcomes and managing the recovery process is key in this role, as is the ability to take ownership and make proactive decisions that drive outcomes.

What You’ll Do
Manage property recovery claims end-to-end, liaising with clients, insurers, and service providers
Investigate claims, assess liability, and negotiate settlements
Interpret policy wordings and drive successful recovery outcomes
Support clients and brokers through reporting, insights, and claims reviews
Identify risks, mitigate costs, and contribute to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years’ motor or recovery claims experience
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Commercial mindset with the ability to influence outcomes
Highly organised, resilient, and proactive
