Senior UX Designer


 

What you will be doing:

The Senior UX Designer creates highly engaging, fit for purpose, and great looking designs for Conductiv’s B2B digital products in the healthcare industry. Working with limited direction, the Senior UX Designer frequently interfaces with internal/external customers and makes significant product improvements to existing. Working closely with the engineering and product team this role creates, iterates, and expands our product offerings to increase value to our end users.

Key Responsibilities

Design Features for SaaS Tech Platform– 70%

  • Create and implement user flows, wireframes. prototypes and UI specs

  • Participate in the maintenance of a design system

  • Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and use cases with the rest of the team

  • Develop and maintain design wireframes and specifications of best practices to share with designers and developers.

  • Create prototypes and perform user testing to guide each iteration of the design.

  • Present design concepts and deliverables that meet business and/or client requirements. Create data visualizations that inspire, inform, and provide actionable value to our customers

Collaboration and Learning – 20%

  • Collaborate with other designers, clients, executives, engineers, and product managers to find solutions that improve user experience and enhance customer value

  • Stay abreast of UX/Design trends within the technology industry and apply appropriately to Conductiv tech

  • Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into solution design

Quality and Performance – 10%

  • Work with engineering and product teams to ensure we are meeting reasonable expectations for platform performance (page load time, etc.)

  • Work with engineering and product teams to ensure we meet reasonable expectations for accessibility


​Required Qualifications

Work Experience:

Years of Applicable Experience - 4 or more years

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)


 

Preferred Qualifications

Skills:

  • Expert at use of Figma

  • Expert at applying best practice UX and design principles

  • Expert at cross collaboration with Product manager and engineering teams

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 yrs of experience as Design/UX professional

  • Experience designing solutions for B2B tech platform

  • Experience designing solutions using a “responsive design” approach

  • Experience with SaaS products outlined in a strong portfolio showcasing UX research, User Interviews, documentation, design iterations, mockups, and final designs

  • Experience with Accessibility within SaaS products and mobile applications

Education:

  • BS/BA in UX/Design or equivalent

Travel Requirements: Travel 1-20% within the US


 

Physical Demands: Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.


 

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
