The Everyday Banking (EDB) Acquisition team is responsible for driving new transaction and savings accounts, in key customer segments to build MFI. Collaborating with Marketing, Digital & Analytics to deliver remarkable customer experiences.

Are you impact-driven and passionate about growth in banking? Join the Everyday Banking team, where you’ll lead and support acquisition strategies for personal transaction and savings accounts, collaborating with Marketing, Digital, and Analytics to deliver remarkable customer experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Customer & Business Outcomes: Develop and execute acquisition strategies for Everyday Banking products, focusing on measurable growth and customer engagement.
• Digital Product Discovery: Shape how customers search for, navigate and discover our Everyday Banking products.  Define experiences that make find the right product seamless across mobile and web channels. Design best-in-class digital customer journeys, validate solutions through experimentation, and manage change initiatives.
• Go-to-Market: Partner with cross functional teams to deliver personalised offers and campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals. This includes supporting and leading SEO strategy and execution across key segments.
• Data-Informed Decisions: Analyse market trends and sales performance to inform business decisions and iterate on product segment targeting.
• Agile Execution: Prioritise initiatives and manage delivery expectations in an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional squads.
• Risk & Compliance: Champion customer experience and operational excellence, proactively managing risk and compliance.

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in product management and digital customer journey design is required, preferably within the financial services.  
• Strong go-to-market acquisition experience across ATL and BTL channels, with SEO/SEM experience.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects and manage change
• Agile mindset and strong analytical skills to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance
