CommBank’s Business Banking Operations (BBO) function is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Business Lending function within our Collateral Management Services (CMS) team. This team is responsible for the fulfilment, settlement and servicing of Business Lending products Including Business Loans, Merchant Facilities, Bank Guarantees, CommBiz and Audit Certificates for CBA.
We support our Business Banking colleagues and all other segments in delivering exceptional service to a wide range of customers including small businesses, franchises and large-scale corporate customers. We have around 350+ passionate colleagues based across Australia and we work closely together to ensure the same exceptional and consistent level of service is provided to all of our customers.
Please note: This is a 12 Month Max Term Opportunity, or secondment for our internal team members.
The Role.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Commercial CMS team. We are a fast paced team that manages a high volume of collateral management requests daily on behalf of our Business customers. The role will be based in Sydney.
You will be responsible for processing a high volume of Commercial CMS Update applications, meeting our operational objectives and deadlines, whilst maintaining strong customer communication.
