How will you make a difference?

As a Supply Chain Officer, the role is responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products. This role involves collaborating with suppliers, forwarders, customers and logistics partners to monitor procurement activities and shipment. You will also work closely with project & maintenance teams and other internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Where is the position located?

The position is based at our site office on Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, a short walk from MTR station.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Provide logistics support, arrange remote shipments, monitor material delivery’s, handling import and exports, prepare shipping document for projects across Hong Kong.
  • Manage orders, shipments and deliveries by liaising with suppliers, forwarders and customers.
  • Verify invoices from suppliers and maintain accurate proof of delivery records.
  • Coordinate shipping outcomes and Custom Declarations whilst updating Project Managers on delivery status.
  • Manage Purchase Orders and fulfil sale order deliveries in Taiwan, Singapore and Thailand.
  • Manage warehouse activities, coordinate ingoing and outgoing materials, monitor inventory status and execute the inventory control policy by conducting cycle counts, stock takes and updating system inventory records.
  • Convert customer orders into purchase orders, reconcile purchase and delivery records with external and internal suppliers.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management and above.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics and shipping with Import-Export International trade and transport.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Experience in utilising ERP system is preferable.
