What would you do? Tax Operations & release and maintance of key tax documents. 1. Prepare and submit accurate 1099 forms for vendors, contractors, and other non-employee entities, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations. 2. Review and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy in 1099 reporting. 3. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations related to 1099 reporting and incorporate these changes into company processes and procedures. 4. Assist with year-end tax reporting processes, including issuing and distributing 1099 forms to recipients and filing with the appropriate tax authorities.
What are we looking for? The person should have good accounting knowledge and has prior experience in US Taxation. 1. Good Analytical Skill 2. Good Communication Skill 3. Advance Excel knowledge 4. Skill in identifying operational inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions •Prior experience in Insurance Industries.
